1. Import

Import the scan model into UNIZ Dental software

2. Set base height

3. Set cutting plane

  1. Three Points: Pick three points with the left-click on surface to determine the cutting plane.

4. Trim

Click 'Repair' button, or left click on the surface of model to trim extraneous data, and add a base with base-height.

1. Import

Import the scan model into UNIZ Dental software

2. Set base height

Set the wall thickness and hollow out the solid model.

6. Split

Split the model at a height that slightly higher than wall thickness, and delete the lower extraneous part.

7. Hole

Dig a hole at the bottom of the model to prevent cupping.

8. Label (Optional)

Digitally text on dental models, to get ready for 3D printing.
