Factory Mode Interface Operation Process
*For NBEE Printer Only
Operation process:
Noted: This process is used for the factory operator to inspect each printer’s functionality at final step of finished products inspection, like light intensity calibration, machine parameter preset, factory setting and other function inspection.
1. Enter factory mode interface
Quick click the small green dot on the Standby interface for at least 5 times to enter the factory mode interface.
2. FAN
Click "FAN ON", listen to the sound of the machine carefully, you can hear the sound getting louder, then click "FAN OFF", you can hear the sound getting smaller, in this case, it means fan works well.
3. LED
Click "LED ON", you can see that the screen is in a full bright state, the LED light board is working normally, and the fan sound volume increases, that means LED system works well.
4. MOTOR
Per position of the tray support, click "MOTOR DOWN" or "MOTOR UP", the tray support moves down or up, that means motor works fine.
Note: The motor driver can be observed synchronously. When the motor rotates, the green light should be on, and when the motor stops, both the green light and the red should be on at the same time, in this case, it also means motor works fine.
5. PUMP
Click "PUMP ON" and listen carefully to water pump sound where closed to the power plug at the rear of the printer. If you can hear the sound which the water pump is starting to work, it means water pump works fine.
6. LOGO
Click "LOGO", observe the screen, it means screen works well if no abnormality (vertical line, flicker) exists but only Uniz logo displayed on the screen.
7. USB
Copy the verification file into the attached USB flash disk, insert it into the USB port of the printer, and click "USB STATUS" then display "1", that means USB system works fine.
8. LIMIT SWITCH
Control the tray support to move to the middle position, click "LIMIT SWITCH", it is normal if it displays "1"; Cover the optoelectronic switch with a card, then the indicator light of the photoelectric switch will be on, and click "LIMIT SWITCH" at this time and it is displayed as “0”, it is normal.
9. COVER
When the front cover stays open, click "COVER STATUS", it is normal if it shows "0"; close the cover, click "COVER STATUS" , it is normal if it shows "1".
10. TEMP
Click the four TEMP buttons in turn, the temperature values displayed on the right differ not too much, and it is normal when they are near room temperature.
11. TEMP SENSING
Input below red highlighted factory standard default value, Click the corresponding button after each entry is completed. The gray text box turns blue to indicate that the setting is successful. Otherwise, you need to click the corresponding button again.
12. AMBIENT LIGHT
1. Click "AMBIENT LIGHT" to enter the ambient light brightness adjustment interface.
13. INFO
1. Click "OBTAIN INFO" and record the firmware version (FIRMWARE) and UI version (UI VERSION).
2. Click "OUPLOAD INFO".
14. FACTORY VERIFY
Click "FACTORY VERIFY" to check whether all operations have been completed.
15. LIGHT INTENSITY CALIBRATION
1. Put the luminance meter positioning board (adapted to the Linshang brightness meter) on the screen, and prepare the Linshang brightness meter.
2. Click "LIGHR CAL" to enter the light intensity calibration page.
4. Use the luminance meter to detect the light intensity of 13 points(position), and place the brightness meter probe at the lowest point.
Attention: The input value cannot exceed 260 ! ! !
8. Click "CAL" to complete the calibration.
9. Restart the printer, then enter the light intensity calibration interface, click "CAL VALIDATION" to enter the light intensity calibration interface.
10. Click ①55%, ②85%, and ③100% each green circle by turn, then click "LED ON" to observe whether the luminance meter values match the preset value.
11. Click the 100% green circle , then click "LED ON" and "LED ON (SCREEN OFF)", and record the brightness values of 13 high light and dark light areas in sequence as below listed.
