How to replace HDMI board for NBEE?

Preparation

  1. Socket Wrench;
  2. A new HDMI board.

Step1: Remove the faulty HDMI board 

  1. Power off the printer;
  2. Remove the front casing and put it aside, be careful of the connected cables;


  3. Unscrew the 3 nuts on the HDMI board；


  4. Remove the HDMI board from the fixed column;


  5. Unplug the screen cable, power cable and HDMI signal cable.




Step2: Install the new HDMI board

  1. Plug the screen cable,HDMI signal cable and power cable back into the new HDMI board;


  2. Tighten the 3 nuts and secure the HDMI board;
  3. The installation is complete.

Conclusion

After installation, please check the status of the indicator lights on the HDMI board.If the red light on the HDMI is always on, it means the wiring is normal. If the red light flashes or does not light up, check whether the wiring on the HDMI board and the motherboard is loose.It is also recommended to perform an LCD test to verify the successful installation of HDMI board.
