The installation of the limit switch has
been completed. Since the position of the limit switch has changed, the 0 point
needs to be calibrated, so the ZERO&LEVELING operation must be performed again.Test and Adjustment
- Remove the build platform and loosen the
four screws. Press the build platform as shown in the figure to ensure that the
screws are loose enough.Then put on the build platform and tighten the top
knob.


- Turn on the printer. Click TOOLS and ZERO&LEVELING on the screen, and follow the lines showed and click CONFIRM, then the build platform will move downwards to the screen.
Noted: Keep the resin tank on LCD screen.

- Confirm the screw if
it is in the middle of the hole. If not, adjust and lock the limit switch
accordingly. If the screw is on the upper side, adjust the limit switch
downward; if the screw is on the lower side, adjust the limit switch upward.


- Press confirm on the touch screen and select 50 then press
the up arrow.

- Click TOOLS and ZERO&LEVELING on the screen, and follow the lines showed and click CONFIRM, then the build platform will move downwards to the screen.

- Confirm the screw if it is in the middle of the hole. If not, adjust and lock the limit switch accordingly. If the screw is on the upper side, adjust the limit switch downward; if the screw is on the lower side, adjust the limit switch upward.

- Repeat step 4 to step 7 until
the screw in the middle of the hole.Then tighten all the screws.

- Install the rear cover.

After finished the ZERO&LEVELING process, the printer is ready to print.
