How to replace NBEE Limit Switch

Preparation

  1. Required materials: a) Hexagon Wrench M3 b) Limit switch;
  2. Begin the procedure with the printer powered off;

Remove and install

  1. Remove the three screws on the back of the printer to open the round rear cover;


  2. Remove the two screws holding the limit switch in place;


  3. Disconnect the cable;


  4. Remove the two screws holding the old switch in place and replace it with the new one. Be careful not to install the limit switch in the wrong position;


     

  5. Re-attach the cable.


  6. Place the limit switch back in its original position. Ensure the upper and lower direction of the limit switch is fixed in the middle of the hole when tightening the screw while locking the screws.
     
The installation of the limit switch has been completed. Since the position of the limit switch has changed, the 0 point needs to be calibrated, so the ZERO&LEVELING operation must be performed again.

Test and Adjustment

  1. Remove the build platform and loosen the four screws. Press the build platform as shown in the figure to ensure that the screws are loose enough.Then put on the build platform and tighten the top knob.




  2. Turn on the printer. Click TOOLS and ZERO&LEVELING on the screen, and follow the lines showed and click CONFIRM, then the build platform will move downwards to the screen.

    Noted: Keep the resin tank on LCD screen.



  3. Confirm the screw if it is in the middle of the hole. If not, adjust and lock the limit switch accordingly. If the screw is on the upper side, adjust the limit switch downward; if the screw is on the lower side, adjust the limit switch upward.




  4. Press confirm on the touch screen and select 50 then press the up arrow.


  5. Click TOOLS and ZERO&LEVELING on the screen, and follow the lines showed and click CONFIRM, then the build platform will move downwards to the screen.


  6. Confirm the screw if it is in the middle of the hole. If not, adjust and lock the limit switch accordingly. If the screw is on the upper side, adjust the limit switch downward; if the screw is on the lower side, adjust the limit switch upward.


  7. Repeat step 4 to step 7 until the screw in the middle of the hole.Then tighten all the screws.


  8. Install the rear cover.


  9. After finished the ZERO&LEVELING process, the printer is ready to print.
