How to replenish coolant in NBEE

Preparation before operation

  1. Prepare items: ①M4 hexagonal wrench  ②UNIZ brand coolant  ③Nitrile gloves

Operation steps

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord;
  2. Remove the rear casing of the printer;
  3. There are wires connected to the rear casing. Be careful when removing it to avoid breaking the wires. After being removed, it can be leaned on the left side of the printer.

  4. Disconnect the rear fan plug to prevent the fan blades from injuring your hands during operation;

  5. Disconnect the hose from the coolant tank, and turn the black coolant tank cover counterclockwise to open the coolant tank;
  6.

  7. Turn the switch to the "O" position to turn off the coolant pump (as shown in the first picture below), and then turn on the printer;
  8. Please refer to the second picture below to turn on the printer. There is no need to install the rear casing back.

  9. Click the GREEN DOT in the upper left corner of the standby interface five times in a row to enter the factory interface;

  10. Click PUMP ON to turn on the coolant pump;

  11. Add UNIZ brand coolant to the coolant tank. Once the liquid reaches the appropriate level, as indicated by the yellow arrow in the first picture below, activate the pump by switching it to the "I" position to circulate the coolant into the cooling system. When the liquid level decreases to the point indicated by the yellow arrow in the third picture below, switch the pump back to the "O" position to deactivate it.
  12. When activating the coolant pump switch, observe the liquid level closely as it may decrease rapidly. Ensure to switch off the pump before the liquid level reaches the specified position to prevent air from being drawn into the cooling system, which can lead to the formation of bubbles and printing issues.

  13. Continue with step 8 until the liquid level stabilizes and no longer decreases when the pump switch is activated;
  14. ① Fill the cooling system as close to capacity as possible to minimize the presence of bubbles, which could potentially impact printing quality.
    ② Exercise caution to prevent overfilling the coolant, as excessive coolant may overflow and contaminate the printer when securing the coolant tank cover.
  15. Securely fasten the coolant tank cover, reattach the black hose, and verify that the pump is activated (set to the "I" position);

  16. Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord;
  17. Reconnect the rear fan cable;

  18. Reinstall the rear casing and the operation is completed.
