LCD screen is fully exposed during printing

Symptom

When printing, the LCD screen is fully exposed.




Common causes

HDMI driver board is affected by electrostatic.

Operations steps

Preparations:

Phillips screwdriver * 1

Isolating copper pillar M2.5 * 4


Operation steps

1. Turn off the printer.

2. Remove side casings and front casing of UBEE.
Info: Please refer to the operation of removing casings of UBEE in the following video.




 

3. Remove 4 screws of HDMI driver board.

4. Install the 4 isolating copper pillars under the HDMI driver board.

5. Install the 4 screws, to fix HDMI board to the isolating  copper pillars.

6. Restore the installation of casings and finish.
