Understanding and adhering to these precautions for receiving and transporting the printer is crucial to prevent damage and ensure safe handling. Neglecting these precautions may result in printer damage or safety risks. Therefore, it is essential for users to fully comprehend and follow these guidelines.

Packaging precautions

  1. Upon receiving your new machine, if the wooden or carton package is damaged, promptly contact UNIZ sales representatives or support at support@uniz.com for further guidance.
  1. Ensure that the labels on the wooden and carton packaging match your purchase order. Any discrepancies should be reported to UNIZ sales representatives or support at support@uniz.com immediately.

  1. It is advisable to retain and utilize the printer's original packaging (wooden and carton) and foam for transportation. In the event of loss of the wooden box, construct a wooden frame for secure transportation.

  1. It is recommended to keep the original packaging to store resin tanks and build platforms.

  1. Utilize a pallet truck for moving wooden pack, use a hand truck or dolly for moving carton pack.

When transporting the printer, remove the build platform and resin tank and place them in the printer storage box with the original package. This prevents damage caused by the build platform and resin tank falling off during transportation.
