NBEE Fresnel Lens Replacement Guide

Preparation

  1. Allen wrench 
  2. Phillips screwdriver
  3. New fresnel lens

Steps         

  1. Unscrew these 6 screws to separate the rear casing from the printer. 

  2. Push the rear casing back slightly and disconnect the observation light cable.Then remove the front and back casing from the printer.



  3. Remove the shading tape.

  4. Unscrew the 4 screws at the 4 corners of the LCD screen. 


  5. Remove the PCB cover.


  6. Carefully disconnect the screen cable.


  7. Lift the LCD screen plate.


  8. Unscrew the screws at the four corners of the Fresnel lens. Be careful not to let the screws fall into the printer；




  9. Take out the old Fresnel lens.


  10. Put the new Fresnel lens in. Do not touch the surface of the lens with your fingers and leave fingerprints.


  11. Tighten the 4 corner screws.
       
  12. Put LCD screen plate back，reconnect the screen cable.


  13. Put on the yellow PCB cover, tighten the four corner screws.


  14. Put back the rear casing, and connect the cable of the observation light.




  15. Tighten 6 screws and put the shading tape back on ,the installation is complete.
