NBEE LED light does not light up when printing

Symptom

  1. When printing, the LCD screen is completely dark and no light is emitted from the LED light board. 

Possible Causes

  1. After replacing the mainboard, the light intensity value is not written；
  2. Loose wiring between LED driver board and mainboard；
  3. Port PCB failure.

Diagnostic step A:Check the light intensity value

  1. Click the green dot in the upper left corner of the standby interface 5 times continuously to enter the factory interface;


  2. Select LIGHT CAL, and check whether the light intensity values are 0.


  3. If the light intensity values are 0, please contact us and provide the printer SN；

  4. We will provide you 3 light intensity values,click on the number box and enter in sequence.


  5. Tap CAL to save the values. When success appears in the display box, it proves that the save is successful.




Diagnostic step B:Check the cable connection

  1. Remove the left casing of the printer.
  2. Check whether the two connectors of the cable between the LED driver board and the main board are loose. If loose, re-tighten them.


Diagnostic step C:Check the LED driver board

  1. If the above problems are eliminated, the LED driver board may be damaged.
