NBEE‘s touch screen loop logo cannot enter the standby interface

NBEE‘s touch screen loop logo cannot enter the standby interface

Symptoms

When performing the power-on operation, the printer's touch screen cycles through the UNIZ logo and cannot enter the Standby interface. At the same time, the sound of the fan continuing to rotate can be heard on the back of the printer.

Possible Causes

This situation is most likely caused by a main board failure. The main board cannot send a power-on signal to the touch screen, and the main board cannot send a signal to the interface board to control peripherals (such as fans).

Diagnostic Steps

1.Replace with new main board,please refer to the instructional video: How to replace main board
2.Record the printer SN and send the SN to UNIZ after-sales service. We will help check the light intensity calibration value written to the old main board corresponding to this printer.The light intensity calibration value is usually three 3-digit numbers;
3.Power on printer. Click the green dot in the upper left corner of the standby interface 5 times continuously to enter the factory interface;

4.Select LIGHT CAL, click on the number box and enter the three 3-digit numbers in sequence; Tap CAL to save the values. When success appears in the display box, it proves that the save is successful;

5.Restart the printer and it can be used normally.

Conclusion

There is no light intensity calibration value inside the new main board. In this case, the screen will not show any slice shape when printing. Therefore, it is important to re-enter the light intensity calibration value suitable for this printer after replacing the main board.
