Resin tank peeling attention

Symptoms

Black flakes have fallen from the frame of the resin tank into the resin tank. When wiping the frame with a tissue, the black paint will be rubbed off.

Common causes

Oxidation process risk: After long-term immersion in the resin, some small molecular components in the resin penetrate into the black oxide film, causing  to the oxide film easy to fall off when wiped. 

Clearance and solution

1. We modified the oxidation process and changed the oxide film to silver. The silver oxide film is much more corrosion-resistant than the black oxide film and has stronger resistance to resin immersion. 
   
2. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to customer regarding the black resin tank with peeling paint. We promise that for any resin tank with peeling paint problem within 3 months from the date of receipt it, we will reissue the upgraded silver resin tank frame (Only frame, need to replace the film by customer) to the customer free of charge. If the resin rank has been used for more than 3 months, it is considered normal wear and tear and we will not reissue it.
