Why fitting adjustment

When encountering any of the following issues, you need to adjust the UDetach to ensure it matches perfectly with the build platform for proper resin model removal:
  1. The new silver build platform for NBEE (which is thicker) cannot be fitted or installed on the UDetach.
  1. The blade is stuck against the build platform and cannot move forward for resin removal.

Operation steps

Warning: Always ensure the device is powered off during operation, and be careful not to get cut by the blade.

Situation 1

  1. Unplug the Udetach power supply cable and open the lid.

  2. Remove the 4 screws of the metal plate and take out the plate.

Situation 2

  1. Power on the UDetach, close the lid (no need to install the build platform), and press the Start button, the machine will start running, and the indicator light will turn red.
  2. When the indicator light turns green, immediately open the lid of the UDetach. At this point, the blade should stop near the outer edge.


  3. Use a hexagon wrench (M6) to remove the 5 bolts that secure the blade, then, remove the blade.

  4. Use a hexagon wrench (M6) to loosen the 5 bolts on the other side of the blade. Then, pull the blade out to its maximum length and re-tighten the 5 bolts.



  5. Install the 5 bolts that secure the blade and finish.
