Uniz Product Lifecycle Support Policy

Uniz Product Lifecycle Support Policy

Effective Date:  December 01, 2023

This policy delineates Uniz's commitment to providing software and sparepart support for products released after the Effective Date, separate from the hardware warranty. It comprises three defined phases of software assistance for each product: Standard Updates, Limited Updates, and End of Updates/Support. Support periods are each tied to the date on which a product was released by Uniz, not when you purchased a product.

Standard Updates: We provide standard software support. This consists of updates with new features, OS compatibility patches as new versions are rolled out, removal of certain features that are no longer compatible, bug fixes to address known issues, and security updates to address security vulnerabilities.

Limited Updates. Uniz provides Limited Updates. Bug fixes, updates for new features, and OS compatibility patches may stop, but Uniz will continue to provide security updates to address critical issues. Uniz will provide diagnostic for the product if it is defective, the product's sparepart is limited for supply if it is out of stock.

End of Updates and End of Support. We may discontinue all updates, including critical software security updates. Uniz may also discontinue all the product diagnostic or troubleshooting, meanwhile the product's sparepart will discontinues for supply if it is out of stock.

In the tables below, you can find a product’s support status. Uniz will update the product’s status on this page anytime. If you have any questions about this policy, Contact us
