Air bubbles in the LCD screen

Symptoms

When the LCD screen is on, there are air bubbles in the cooling board under the LCD screen.

Small air bubbles
Large air bubbles

Possible Causes

Residual air left in the coolant, and air bubbles accumulate at the cooling board.

Diagnostic Steps

Diagnosis:  If there are many air bubbles stuck to the cooling board, these bubbles will affect the uniformity of light and consequently the printing results. It is necessary to remove air bubbles.
Solutions:
Do not look directly at the screen with your naked eyes when the LCD screen is on, the ultraviolet light will damage your eyes
  1. Turn on the preheating function and perform a print without installing the build platform and resin tank, the preheating function will heat the coolant and increase the fluidity of the coolant. When the print  starts, the pump will turn on to circulate coolant, and the air bubbles will be washed away by the coolant flow.
