Preheating

Preheating

This article applies to NBEE, NBEE H, NBEE J.

Function introduction:

UNIZ printers are equipped with a preheating system that can heat the resin to improve its fluidity, ensuring better print results. This function is especially necessary when printing in cold areas with low ambient temperatures.

There are two preheating modes, automatic heating and manual heating.
Automatic preheating: After the printer is turned on, it will automatically heat the coolant to the preset temperature range (25℃-30℃), and maintain this temperature during the startup period, ensuring that the printer is at a suitable temperature and can start printing at any time.
Manual preheating: Manually select preheating before starting each print. Only valid for current print job. After the manual preheating is enabled, the printer will enter the printing state only after the temperature reaches 25℃ and stabilizes for 100 seconds.

How to activate the function:

Automatic preheating:

  1. Enter TOOLS, Automatic Preheating
  2. Click the button in the upper right corner to turn on automatic preheating. After being turned on, the heater will heat the coolant to the default temperature range (25℃-30℃). At the same time, the interface will display the current ambient temperature, heater temperature, coolant temperature, and LED light temperature.

Manual preheating:

  1. In the confirmation interface before printing, select Enable resin preheating (optional) and confirm.

  2. Then start preheating, and the current heater temperature and coolant temperature will be displayed in real time. After the heating is completed, a 100S countdown will automatically begin, and printing will automatically start after the countdown. Generally it takes a few minutes for heating.

  3. In the manual heating interface, click CANCEL PREHEATING at any time to cancel preheating and start the printing job directly.
