Before replacement

1. Items to prepare: ①New mainboard;②Hexagon Wrench M3.
   
   
   
   
2. Report SN to UNIZ support: How to get SN. Please ignore if it has been sent to UNIZ support team support@uniz.com in advance.
3. Record the light intensity value:
   Click the GREEN DOT in the upper left corner of the touch screen five times in a row to enter the factory interface;
   
   
   
   Click LIGHT CAL to enter the light intensity value interface, take a photo and record the three values;
   
   
   
   
   

Replacement

1. Power off the printer and disconnect the power cable;
   
2. Please refer to the video tutorial to replace the mainboard: How to replace the mainboard.
   
① After replacing all wiring from the old mainboard to the new board, please turn the printer on first to ensure that the printer can enter the standby interface; ② If entered the standby interface, disconnect the power cable and at final fasten the four screws fixing the mainboard and reinstall the side casing.

After replacement

1. Write light intensity value
   Click the GREEN DOT in the upper left corner of the touch screen five times in a row to enter the factory interface;
   
   
   
   Click LIGHT CAL to enter the light intensity value interface and fill in the three values recorded in the previous photo into the corresponding positions;
   
   
   
   

   
   
   Click CAL to save.
   
   
   
   
2. Record new SN
   After replacing the new mainboard, the SN inside the system will automatically change. So please be sure to enter the settings page and send the updated SN to the UNIZ support team for records. When we face after-sales problems again in the future, we can accurately trace back to the problem printer and take effective solutions.
