Symptom

When doing LCD test and exposure cleaning, it can be obviously seen that the brightness of the LCD screen has become dim.

Possible Causes

1. LED board failure;
2. LED driver board failure;
3. Mainboard failure;
4. Power supply failure.
   
   

Solutions

The dimming of the LCD screen is generally related to the above four parts, but which specific part has a problem requires one by one replacement for troubleshooting. Therefore, please read this article carefully and watch the replacement tutorials of the four parts first, and then adjust the troubleshooting sequence according to the inventory situation of the parts at your hand or the difficulty of replacement. 

1. Replace the LED board

Due to slight changes in the position of the LED board and other parts during the replacement process. Please contact UNIZ support team support@uniz.com to help you recalibrate the light intensity after replacing the LED board.
