After starting the print, the build
platform can move down until into the resin tank, but after few seconds of
curing, when it tries to lift up, the motor trips (you can hear the sound of
motor suddenly stopping, accompanied by a slight vibration) and the platform
doesn’t move anymore, but the printing process % continues.
The motor torque is insufficient to lift the build platform from the resin tank film, and the motor trips.
1
Restart the printer, enter Tools and select Motor Control to move up the build platform. If the platform can
move up, proceed to the next step, if not, the limit switch, motor driver or
other components may have defects, please refer to the 3 associated articles at the end of the present article or contact support@uniz.com for help.
2 In the software UNIZ Dental V2, reduce the initial layers Motor Speed to 200 mm/min.
2.1
Open UNIZ Dental V2, double click
the related Profile you are using.
2.2
Modify the Motor Speed value of Burn In layers to 200 mm/min and save.
3 Activate the Preheating feature on the NBEE printer to elevate the resin's temperature, enhancing its fluidity and diminishing the force required for peeling. There are 2 ways to enable it.
3.1
Automatic Preheating: enter the Tools of the NBEE and select
Automatic-Preheating, then turn ON
the feature. Every time when the printer is turned on, this feature is enabled
by default.
3.2
Manual preheating:
in the confirming interface before printing, select Enable resin preheating (optional) and confirm.
In some cold regions, the ambient
temperature will be lower than the recommended temperature range (more than 20℃), the fluidity of resin will be lower, and the peeling force will
increase, that will make the peeling difficult and enven (even)cause the printer motor to trip. Air conditioning is strongly
recommended to maintain a proper ambient temperature.
