Pinholes on the printed part
NBEE Printing Failure-pinholes on the printed part
Section 1: Symptoms
There are some pinholes on the printed part.
"pinholes" refer to tiny holes or bubbles that typically appear on the surface or inside of printed objects. Pinholes can affect the appearance and quality of printed parts, especially in applications requiring smooth surfaces or high sealing properties.
Section 2: Possible Causes
- Small bubbles in the coolant board
- Unvalidated third-party resin
Section 3: Diagnostic Steps
Check if there are small bubbles on the coolant board.
Remove the resin tank and build platform
- Go to touch screen to perform an 15 seconds exposure cleaning
-
- Visually check if any bubbles exists
-
- Unvalidated third-party resin (The resin is not UNIZ resin, not designed for NBEE high speed print)
Solution:
- Reduce the motor speed (normal and burn layer all together), how much reduced needs to be test.
- Contact Uniz Support support@uniz.com for further diagnose
