Section 1: Symptoms

There are some pinholes on the printed part.
"pinholes" refer to tiny holes or bubbles that typically appear on the surface or inside of printed objects. Pinholes can affect the appearance and quality of printed parts, especially in applications requiring smooth surfaces or high sealing properties.

Section 2: Possible Causes

  1. Small bubbles in the coolant board
  1. Unvalidated third-party resin

Section 3: Diagnostic Steps

  1. Check if there are small bubbles on the coolant board.
    1. Remove the resin tank and build platform
    2. Go to touch screen to perform an 15 seconds exposure cleaning

    3. Visually check if any bubbles exists

Solution: if bubbles exists, please refer to bubble removal process to expel the bubble.
